Birth Doula Support Package

2 prenatal visits will give us an opportunity to answer your questions, calm your fears, and help you feel more prepared to have the birth experience you envision. I will be available throughout your pregnancy as a resource of information and emotional support.

I will attend your labor and birth, and remain on call for it throughout your pregnancy. Doula services also account for 1 follow up postpartum visit.

VBAC/CBAC/RCS Doula Support Package

Birth after cesarean gets a bit more complicated, so your chances of meeting your birth goals is greatly enhanced by knowing your risks and benefits well. Some advanced childbirth education included in this package.

Postpartum Doula Support Package

Good postpartum care should include good sleep, good nutrition, and tons of support and love. Postpartum work includes light housework, baby care, emotional support, and expert guidance on sleep shaping.

This service usually involves hourly rates for a few hours per day. It can be purchased in week-long increments or in a package.

Overnight Doula Baby Care

So you can really sleep when the baby sleeps. Includes feeding, diaper care, sleep shaping, and bottle and pump part sterilization.

Adoption and Fostering Support

An adoptive parent makes room for a baby much in the same way a postpartum mother does. We all tear open, make space, and our lives are changed completely. Adoption and fostering present their own unique challenges, like dealing with the courts, last-minute preparation, long waiting periods, and sometimes loss. I offer ‘postpartum’ hours when the new addition is around, and phone support during transfers and court dates.
